ABOUT US

The Way We Were is an estate jewelry store specializing in merchandise from the 1920s, 30s and 40s. What makes us unique is that many of our items from that era have never been used. We've acquired the inventories of several jewelers that closed their doors in the late forties and early fifties; the merchandise had been in storage, untouched, for the last half-century. By reopening their vaults, we offer our customers the opportunity to select their own 'heirlooms' from an era of unrivaled glamour and elegance.
