I
found something I like! How do I order it?
It's easy! If you'd like to pay by credit card, simply use our online
secure order system, or telephone us at 1-888-785-0343. If you prefer
to pay by check or money order, just let us know what item you like,
and mail your payment to The Way We Were, 10 N. Main Street, Medford,

What
happens when I press the "Add" button?
Pressing the "Add" button adds the item to your order. "Your
order contains _ items" will change to reflect the number of
items in your order.
If you change your mind later, it's easy to remove items from your
order. Simply click on "View Your Order / Checkout," click
on the item you'd like to remove (it will become highlighted in blue),
then click the "Remove" button.
I
don't see an "Add" button. What's the problem?
Our order system is Java-based; in order to use it, Java must be enabled
within your browser. (To order from our online catalog without a Java-enabled
browser, simply telephone us at 1-888-785-0343).
How
do I view the contents of my order?
Click on "view Your Order / checkout,"
which is located directly under the "Add" button on the
item pages. A "View Your Order / Checkout"
link is also located on the upper right side of every page.
How
do I checkout and pay for my order?
When you are ready to pay for your item(s), click on "View Your
Order / Checkout." From there, click on "Secure Order"
if you'd like to pay online by credit card. If you'd like to pay by
check or money order, or prefer to use your credit card over the phone,
call us toll-free at 1-888-785-0343.
What
are my payment options?
Payment can be made by credit card, check or money order. Please note
that we must allow 7 days for personal checks to clear before shipping
the item.
Which
credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American
Express.
Is
it safe to enter my credit card information on your site?
Yes. Our ordering system uses the industry-standard secure server
software (SSL), which encrypts all of your personal information so
that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Furthermore,
we never keep any of your information in an Internet-accessible
database; it is deleted immediately after completion of the transaction.

Can

Can
I email you my credit card information?
We recommend that you do not send such information via email,
as it is not a secure method of transfer. Please use our secure ordering
system instead.

I send you a check or money order?
Yes. Make your check or money order payable to "The Way We Were"

Please note that we must allow 7 days for personal checks to clear

What
happens after I place and pay for my order?
You will receive three emails:
1. immediately: the first email is automatically generated,
confirming that your order has entered our system
2. within the next 24 hours: the second email will be from
a The Way We Were representative, confirming availability and giving
you an estimated shipping date
3. at the time of shipping: the third email will be sent at
the time your package is shipped, confirming shipment and providing
an expected delivery date
