14K white gold antique cameo filigree brooch with four marquise-shaped sapphires. The brooch measures 2 1/4" in length. There is a bale on the reverse through which to slide a chain or silk ribbon, so the cameo can be worn as a pin or as a pendant. Circa 1910-1930.
